Hosting

This website is served by Vercel Inc. When you visit it, technically necessary data (IP address, user agent, requested resource, time) is processed in server logs on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage. That is why you were not asked to dismiss a consent banner: consent under Art. 5 (3) of the ePrivacy Directive is required for storing or reading data on your device, and we do neither.

Analytics

We measure aggregate traffic with PostHog, hosted in the European Union by PostHog Inc. as our processor under a data processing agreement. It runs in cookieless mode: instead of an identifier stored on your device, visits are counted using an irreversible hash of your IP address, browser user agent, and the site hostname, combined with a random value that changes every day and is then discarded. The hash cannot be reversed, and it cannot be linked across days — a visit today and a visit tomorrow are unrelated to each other. No profile is built, and we never receive your IP address.

Collected are page addresses, referrer, approximate interactions (clicks, scroll depth), and browser and device characteristics. There is no session recording. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how this site is used and improving it, Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. You may object at any time under Art. 21 GDPR by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser, which this site honours, or by writing to hello@inversestudio.io.

Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide is processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR) and deleted once the purpose lapses, unless retention duties apply.

Scheduling (Calendly)

Booking a call links to Calendly LLC. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policy; data is transferred only when you use the booking page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
